Please note, all booking fees are non-transferable. Please arrive on time for your allocated booking time. Unfortunately if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be refused treatment. You are responsible for checking your clinic location before booking as a priority, this cannot be amended once you have confirmed your appointment. Booking fees will not be refunded if you have booked the wrong location.
